• How can I accss the library as an outside user?

By showing your valid certificate and a recommendation from your organization, you may register for a temporary reading ticket (2 yuan RMB) at the library reception office near the entrance, which is valid only for the very day.

With a temporary reading ticket, you may --

    (1)  access the library’s open and closed stack collections and all reading rooms, but  do not have borrowing privileges. 

   (2) access to licensed electronic library resources only at the electronic reading room (Room 406, New building) in accordance with  related policies.

   (3) photocopy library materials under the copyright restrictions.
